The specific scope, timeline, deliverables, and fees for any FlowState engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, checkout order, proposal, statement of work, or order form between FlowState and the client. These Terms apply in addition to any such written agreement or checkout order.

Pricing shown on the website may be used to purchase standard virtual receptionist packages. Custom work, integrations, unusual call volumes, or non-standard requirements may require a separate written scope.

3. SMS terms

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from FlowState:

• By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from FlowState related to your inquiry, scheduling, service updates, and follow-ups.
• Message frequency varies based on your activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Your mobile information and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use flowstateagency.us or any FlowState service to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or accounts.

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy proprietary content from the site.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the FlowState website — including copy, design, logos, and code — is the property of FlowState AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Disclaimers

The website, live demo, and virtual receptionist experience are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. FlowState does not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowState and its officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the website or services. In no case shall FlowState's aggregate liability exceed the amount you paid FlowState in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlowState from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

9. Governing law
