• SMS opt-in information. If you opt in to receive SMS messages from FlowState, we collect your mobile number and your consent record (timestamp and source of the opt-in).

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the limited service providers that help us run our business:

• Netlify — hosts the website and serverless functions.
• Anthropic — powers the on-page chat assistant. Your chat messages are sent to Anthropic's API for response generation; Anthropic does not train models on this data.
• Email and SMS providers we use to communicate with you (e.g., Twilio for A2P SMS).
• Calendar and CRM tools when you book a strategy call.

We may also disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
